    how to get rid of a guest pin


    i was getting on my xbox to play a game and it had said to change my age restrictions so i went to do that but when i tried to access my restrictions a guest pin popped up but im not sure how or why because ive never created a guest pin and i cant delete it. i tried the thing where you put a pin multiple times for it to let you reset it but it hasnt let me do that and its not letting me add family members without the guest pin either. can you help please this is really making no sense

    My name is Ezequiel I'm an Independent Consultant. If you have forgotten your PIN and cannot access restricted console features, please follow these steps:
    When prompted to enter your PIN at the console, enter a 6-digit combination three times.
    Enter your Microsoft account password when prompted.
    Select Create a new PIN.
    Enter a new PIN and re-enter it to confirm.

    I know this sounds like a broken record, but I am having the same exact problems as everyone else, but mine has to do with the Dead Space 3 Demo, which conveniantly does not exists anymore so there is no way for me to add or remove from the My Pins section.
    When pressing the X or A button, I get two options, either to "Purchase" the demo for -1. Or Add it to My Pins, which results in getting the message, "Sorry, there's a problem with pins. Please try again soon". I have been trying to get rid of it for the past
    month.
