    Xbox parties not working whatsoever. Network issues??


    Recently but not every time, when i try to join a party I do, but only on my friends xbox and not mine. When my friends are able to join my party, it doesn’t say they do for me and They can’t hear me and same goes for them. There are also tons of failed invitations to parties often. This is really frustrating because I was on Xbox support and even they couldn’t help me. I think this is a network issue and I have tried everything in the book from restarting network to hard resetting console.

    Disconnected From Party Chat Without Warning

    I have already tried power cycling and even got a new modem/router today. The problem still exists. Microsoft told me that it had to be a network connection issue if restoring to factory default did not work. I had read other posts that said it was glitching
    out parties on some consoles but it would pop up an error about network limitations. On mine it basically seems as if nothing has happened, as if I have left a party on my own accord. It makes no sense whatsoever.

    Could alot of these issues/bugs have been avoided if DRM was still with us?

    I must be lucky as well as had no issues whatsoever, only done MP and parties a couple of times with Lofty, Codger et al but no dashboarding or party issues here. fingers crossed!

    I use Windows 11 Home. I don't use any VPN whatsoever, nor do I use a proxy.

    About Teredo: I don't think that's the problem. I believe Teredo works just fine, but I'm not sure. XBOX has a page specifically for fixes (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/connect-network/server-connectivity-xbox-app-displays-blocked) and also for Teredo problems (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/connect-network/troubleshoot-party-chat), but none of them have been useful, since I believe my Teredo is already fine.
