    Xbox enforcement system is arbitrary and makes no sense


    I was recently given a 1 year ban despite only having 6 strikes and had my appeal denied. I changed my profile picture to a character that is plus sized and because of that I was given a 1 year ban just because I attempted to upload it three times. Why ban three times if you're not even going to approve any attempt to post the picture? Especially when the picture had no sexually explicit imagery to be heard of! It was just an image of an anime character. That is so ludicrous and just comes off as the enforcement team doing it for kicks. The picture I used was previously marked and I was given a ban...however, the previous time they ACCEPTED my appeal and allowed the picture and unbanned me (twice I might add).
    Why is this time any different??? Who knows!! I kept uploading the picture because it wasn't going through; so your response is to dish out 3 bans for a total of 1 year??? This definitely feels like harassment on the enforcement team's part. I guess I got someone who was in a bad mood that day. Either way you've turned me away as a customer of 16 years. I'm not even going to bother using my points to get GamePass for free. If Xbox is going to target women for putting themselves or art of women as their profile pictures and stating it's inappropriate despite characters being
    FULLY clothed, then I'm good on Xbox. I get stalked and harassed on this console and nothing is ever done when I report those people. Yet I get a 1 year comm ban for a profile picture that didn't even get approved? What a joke the enforcement team and this customer service is. They clearly have their priorities; turning away customers purely on whims.

    Yes, the Xbox Forums are gone now...but it does say on your site "Didn't find an answer?" and I did not find my answer. Allegedly you help 330 million customers annually soooo, here I am.

    Panzer General. It just... The game seems so arbitrary. Just when I get to a point where it almost makes sense, some other crazy thing happens and the game's over.

    The latest suspension could have been for an offense committed prior to the first suspension....they don't always become active straight away as it depends on whether it needs investigating etc

    Anyway, Enforcement is the only place to get any answers, appeal against suspensions and see what was the offense etc:

    ISirDubstepl, that doesn't make any sense because I am still able to play other games I downloaded through Games With Gold.

    If that's the reason, then Microsoft needs to simply say that instead of this arbitrary error code that people need to research and waste time with.

    Have you already checked your email inbox, junk, or spam folders? If yes and you didn't receive any emails from the Refund Team, I highly recommend submitting a new refund request by filling out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-.... You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

    Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.
