    Why won't Roblox accept my verification for account ownership?


    My Roblox account was hacked a week ago and I've been trying to get it back as the hacker has changed the password and verified email linked to that account and has enable 2FA. Roblox support kept asking for verification of ownership. I have screenshots of verification codes and other emails sent to me by Roblox, sent to my email that was verified with the account and also App Store purchase history of In app purchases which I used to buy Robux however it also includes the purchase history and orders for other accounts as well and I am unable to differentiate which order is linked to which account. I've send screen shots of these emails and Robux purchases to Roblox Support but they keep saying they are unable to verify my ownership of the account. What can I do?. Because I keep getting the same automated email replies from Roblox Support. Please help.

    ROBLOX committing FRAUD by blocking unverified accounts

    As per my notes above this issue appears to have been caused by Microsoft not sending the verification email from XBOX to link the accounts and ROBLOX for allowing the account to continue without this verification.

    IF Microsoft could resend this verification it means the email address would be registered with the ROBLOX account allowing them to verify the ownership.

    I'm not sure it's possible to transfer ownership of a Roblox group if the ownership account has been terminated, but your best off contacting Roblox support and asking those guys over there instead.
