    Hello!

    I have recently bought a used Forza edition Xbox One console (the blue one with capacitive touch power and eject buttons) and while it works and seems to run nicely, every 5-10 minutes or so after turning on the console, it will disconnect from the WiFi. After disconnecting, it doesn’t show any wireless networks in the Settings and only shows the “Add A Wireless Network” option in the menu (it should be worth mentioning that an Ethernet cable is not an option for me. undisclosed reasons, just not an option, also likely wouldn’t solve the issue.) I have tried changing my DNS settings to “8.8.8.8” or “1.1.1.1” primary and “1.0.0.1” secondary. Both of which didn’t fix the issue. I have also tried unplugging the power cable, holding the power button for 30 seconds, waiting 3 minutes, then booting the Xbox on and it hasn’t worked either. How can I fix my Xbox from disconnecting and preventing me from reconnecting?

    Xbox One keeps disconnecting from Xbox Live with everything I use. Netflix, Online Multiplayer, YouTube, and etc.

    I am having the same issues. My Xbox One keeps disconnecting from the wifi every 1-5 minutes and it's non stop. I have a 91-97% signal strength and still get disconnected every 1-5 minutes

    I have tried portforwarding. Power cycling. Disconnecting and reconnecting to wifi. Nothing.

    I even called my ISP and it isn't an issue on their side because everything else works perfectly fine.

    Would really love to know what in the hell is going on with my Xbox one and I'm sure the dozens of other people would love to know.

    Ive had this same issue for the past couple months. If I sit farther than ~5 ft from my console, it just keeps disconnecting every 10-15 minutes, sometimes more frequent. I tried buying a new controller as well, to no avail. Ive read that it could have
    something to do with wifi interference, where my router (google wifi) is broadcasting on a band that is causing the connection to drop. Thats what I think my issue is, as that is the only one that makes any sense to me.

    Cannot connect to Xbox live.

    I'm able to sign in, but I keep getting disconnected every 15 minutes or so. It's been like this for the past couple days. My Xbox One is perfectly fine, though.

    Before you send it off, have you disconnected the Power Brick from the Xbox One? My suggestion is to unplug the Power Brick from the One, leave it disconnected for a couple minutes, then plug it back in and turn on the One. That should work. If not, ship
    it to Microsoft, but try that before sending it to be fixed.
