Lost access to my Xbox One account.

Without having the required email ID, phone number, or password, recovering one's Xbox account is very complicated. Once again, Microsoft won’t transfer purchased content or game saves (Minecraft worlds) to a new account.

You can complete the form below.

Step 1: Try Microsoft Account Recovery

Even if you don’t have access to the email/phone:

a. Go to the Account Recovery Form:

- https://account.live.com/acsr

b. Enter the Xbox account’s email or gamertag (if you don’t remember the full

email, try to guess based on past emails)

c. Enter a contact email you do have access to (they'll send updates here)

d. Fill out as much detail as possible:

- Gamertag

- Xbox console serial number (from Settings or back of console)

- Approximate date the account was created

- Games purchased, subscriptions used

- Last passwords you remember

Microsoft uses this info to verify ownership without needing email/phone access.
