Hello!
All of it happened 29.06.2025 and hacker took my Minecraft account.

My XBOX tag: GONDULF4478.
Nickname in Minecraft: .
Email Address and i used to both talk with XBOX agent and log on to Microsoft to play Minecraft: t*************** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** active contact email address: t******************* Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** New Microsoft Email Address: v**************** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** all of this happened i talked to XBOX agent first without wasting any time,
And we made an appeal for the escalation team.

And now i have 2 questions:
1. Why i still didn't get a email from them with SIRXXXXXXXX number but from my first agent directly?
2. How long do i need to wait for the team to regain the access to my Microsoft and Minecraft profiles?

Yes I changed it multiple times but the hacker changed the verification email my Microsoft account has been recovered but the Xbox account where we have to login to play games like forza or minecraft has been hacked

The procedure for recovering Microsoft accounts is as mentioned at the beginning; no Agent can help or provide any type of information, everything is managed through the Account Recovery Form.

If you do not recover your Microsoft account, you cannot recover the Minecraft profile because it is the same account.

You must follow the official procedure indicated in the link I provided, complete the data on the Unique Account Recovery Form https://account.live.com/acsr and provide all the evidence you have. Once this is done, you must wait to be contacted by the responsible department at the email you used when carrying out the process.

Outside of that procedure, unfortunately, there is no additional way as no agent can provide information in this regard.

Alright, if we throw away these 2 questions i asked, what i should do to get a response?
Is contating XBOX agent a solution for it or i still do need to contact the person from Microsoft Support?
