    Am I screwed?


    I bought vessel of hatred for Xbox One through my game pass option. I literally bought standard by accident. I wanted delux. I asked if I could upgrade they said no, to ask for a refund. I did and they denied since I bought digital. Are there any other options? I cant believe there is no upgrade or refund options. I am even willing to purchase deluxe with assurances I would get the refund for standard so they can see i really did make a mistake. Am I just screwed?

    Sorry to hear about what happened. Let's do our best to get this sorted out.

    Since you tried 4 different controllers and they're still not connecting to your console, possible that the issue is with your console itself. Try to perform a factory reset on your console. There's an option to keep your games and apps:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    On the Reset your console? Please choose “Reset and keep my games & apps”

    ALSO. i just tested 2 controllers on my pc bluetooth and got the same exact result. i have no clue what the heck is going on.

    You can call support and have them turn off auto renewal. They don't need the password.

    You can also follow the instructions from this site to reset the password -
    support.xbox.com/.../manage-live-id
