According to the FAQ, please note that if you have the game in physical format, you must complete the process with the disc inserted, so you would have to do so from your Xbox One.

If you have it in digital format, you must complete the process from the account you used to make the purchase.

Probably black desert online as i like to snack whilst playing that.

Mainly black desert online and i play a bunch of the games on the gamepass such as the messenger.
