    Hi ever since i got my ps5 i cannot get into my mincraft account at all or even log in with a different account how can i fix this

    I try to log in to mincraft on my ps5 and i used the same email that i have used on my ps4 and when i try sign in it says "oops! Looks like the account is already connected please sign in woth the previous connected microsoft account and i used the same email and it is still not working

    Unfortunately once an account has been linked to a PSN it isn't possible to unlink it. That's how Mojang made it, sadly. I understand that isnt the news you were expecting, I'm sorry about that.

    when we log onto teh xbox, it says "

    and again, logged onto the microsoft account, and nothing

    You can try with Minecraft Support or Playstation support, if he does not remember the account, you can't try to recover it.
