Pre purchased game with Microsoft points isn't showing up as owned correctly

II, what happens is that this game has a release date set for July 7, 2025, and the early access corresponding to the edition you indicated appears with the status "completed" in your Microsoft account purchase history. It is 3 days long, so only when early access is released on July 4, 2025, will you be able to download this game and progressively obtain all the bonuses corresponding to the edition by the release date on July 7, 2025.

everyone gets the standard edition and then you get a account entitlements on top of that if you've purchased premium versions.

be sure to check if the transaction for the purchase went through correctly at the transactions at
http://account.microsoft.com

Also keep in mind that sometimes it can take some time before the change will show up in all places and sometimes requires a redownload of the profile (if new GT isn't showing on console but is showing on xbox.com)

If after 24 hours the new Gamertag still isn't showing and the purchase went through correctly then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

This may mean that the transaction isn't successful or it was purchased under a different Microsoft account. Please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.

If it still isn't showing up, you may need to reach out to your bank to dispute the charge since there are no successful transactions on your end.

This is not helpful honestly, as it shows only as far back as 2011, and even then most of the things it shows is the Microsoft Points amounts that I bought on multiple occasions. I've been an XBL member since 2004. Even still, this still does not solve the
issue of the fact that games I KNOW I purchased are not showing up as "owned" on the XBL marketplace.

I still need to pull out my old Xbox 360 to verify what I own and what other games in that purchase history is Backwards compatible. Still, this is a HUGE issue and Microsoft hasn't done anything to resolve this. EVERYTHING someone owns SHOULD show up as
owned in the Xbox One marketplace (as long as it is BC), and there should be a place online that shows ALL games, apps and other content you downloaded over the years.

This IS a problem, and linking me to a "purchase history" link, solves nothing, as its only going back so far, and it doesnt solve the issues that games I purchased years ago are not showing up as "owned" on Xbox one.
