Lots of "something went wrong" messages and controller disconnection

Hi.

I'm using 100Mbps fiber internet in my home and my wireless is 5Ghz. I have not any issues with internet connection on my lots of consumer devices (my 2 Pcs, my laptop, my Quest 3 VR headset, my tablet, our many cellphones, our smart devices). But since I got my Xbox Series-X less than a month ago, I am getting lots of "something went wrong" error messages, at least once per a day while trying to login to my xbox account. the same message is also shown from time to time when I try to buy a game in Store. As I said, don't say it might be related to my Internet, since I don't have any connection issues on my other devices for years.

another issue is my original Xbox X wireless controller loses its communication with the console. I connect controller to the console through a USB cable to not dependent on the batteries. When it loses connection to the console box, its light is On and it seems it should be connected. but none of its buttons work and the only way is detaching the cable and attaching again. it occurs very often, like once per an hour or in couple of hours.

Any ideas?

Please follow these steps and see if it will help fix the issue.

Make sure that Passwordless Account and Two-step verification are not enabled here.

Sign in here using the new password.

Then, try to enable the QoS tagging on this console.

Please go to Settings and select General > Network settings > Advanced settings > QoS tagging settings

Enable both the DSCP and WMM tagging

Reboot the console

Then press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

Which console are you using?
How are you connected to the internet? Wifi or Ethernet?
Have you tested your network first to check if your console is connected to the internet?
Have you tried restarting your console?

If you can confirm these first, we can have a better understanding of what is going on.

Please provide more information about the issue. That is not much to go on.

You can try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and
restart the console.

It may help us to troubleshoot if you give us a little more information. If it’s a game or app that is not working try and close it and wait a minute or two before re opening the game/app. If you still get this message i would try a Power Cycle on your Xbox
