    Hi, my name is Emanuele and I'm from Italy. Lately I've been using your cloud gaming service, and I find it really useful, especially for those like me who can't afford an xbox to play their favorite games. Thanks to this service, in fact, I can, thanks to my phone and a controller, play a game that I really like; Grand Theft Auto 5. What I want to ask you is if it were possible to kindly leave the game permanently in the cloud service, so that many people like me can have fun every day without thinking that they will then have to wait months again to play their favorite game.     Just to clarify, games on Game Pass are featured there for an amount of time which is agreed upon privately by game publishers. An exception is first-party games, which Xbox has stated will not leave the service. Users will typically get a couple weeks'
    notice when a game is about to leave the service due to its appearance in the "Leaving Soon" section.

    The game will be yours to play while it's on Game Pass and while your membership is active. Additionally, while it's in Game Pass, Game Pass members can purchase it to own permanently for up to 20% off (or the best available sale price if the game is on
    sale otherwise). Hope that helps!

    Thanks, May I know if you’re using a VPN service or similar in your device?

    If not, did you checked if your game pass app is updated?

    And if you don’t mind, please try using a completely different wifi network (or mobile data)
    Or test with a different device, for example access with your PC here: Xbox.com/play and test
