    I own black desert


    I own black desert and had the old version downloaded own my external from my Xbox One.. I’ve got the series s and just moved it to its internal but it’s not upgrading like it said it would. What’s the issue??

    According to the FAQ, please note that if you have the game in physical format, you must complete the process with the disc inserted, so you would have to do so from your Xbox One.

    If you have it in digital format, you must complete the process from the account you used to make the purchase.
