Discus and support I didn't received my reward in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So, using the points i I have accumulated, i bought the Sea Of Thieves Coins pack, i used the code, downloaded, but it didn't appeared in my account,...     I didn't received my reward


    So, using the points i I have accumulated, i bought the Sea Of Thieves Coins pack, i used the code, downloaded, but it didn't appeared in my account, the Sea of Thieves i have was bought on the Steam, and the pack of coins appeared in the Microsoft Store, what can i do ?I do not want to rebuy the game by the Microsoft Store.
    My accounts in the Steam and at the Microsoft Store/Xbox are both Linked

    I'm sorry you're experiencing these issues.

    If you redeemed your coins through the Microsoft Store, please note that they won't appear if you play the game on Steam, even if you have linked accounts. Game support has a post explaining this.

    Hello StE3LErSEmIN3M,

    From the FAQ for that offer:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?

    After you have completed the offer, your Rewards Credits will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since it has not been 96 hours since your purchase, it is too early to see Credits pending.

    It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending after completing an offer. Since the offer hasn't been available for that long yet, it would be too soon to see the credits pending.

    Prizes from quests are given within the following month if you don't receive anything by the end of February, you will want to post in the sales and promotions forum.

    Reference numbers are only used by phone/chat support and should actually not be posted on the forums.
