Why is the customer support service trash?

If so, please can you go through that portal and request a replacement?

With regards to the support received by Xbox support, as it is the weekend there is no one available for me to raise this up to. However, I will pass it onto someone who may be able to help process your complaint. Please can you make sure you record the date and time you tried contacting Xbox support.

Also microsoft makes their customers pay for games and services that they obviously can't support. So maybe microsoft should fix the problem when their customers complain. Instead of telling us to put up with the trash or fix on our own.

I have several times, no one calls. Phone numbers are correct on my account. No resolution whatsoever.

You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

As you are looking for a Microsoft employee, you will need to contact them through the above contact link. If you don't see the option for chat or phone, change your category and topics until you are given the option. Typically billing options will always
give those.
