    Microsoft has no problem whatsoever taking almost $100 monthly from my GPU subs. Let's not mention the thousands I've spent on games, consoles, elite controllers (that are absolute garbage), etc etc etc.

    Where is the support???????

    It seems the only options are an AI system that doesn't actually do anything and a chat with people who are "experts" but don't actually work for Microsoft.

    Please know that you have reached the Xbox gamer community and we don't have access to the individual accounts or tools to look up an account. I would suggest trying these steps and see if you can reach the Xbox customer support for them to further assist you with this issue.

    Please go to https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    Then click on "Contact us" > Subscription and billing> Then choose I need help purchasing content> Type Refund > Click Next> Click on See contact options> Select from there, it should show you the option to chat with them or request a call.

    So again I’ve been scammed using Microsoft official store and no one is willing to help no phone number a virtual assistance that send you in circles and ends with we don’t accept calls for this type of issues

    Actually, when a refund is denied, you can appeal the decision by replying to the email Microsoft sent you.

    If you’re not able to reply, or you didn’t receive the email, I suggest you submit this refund form.

    Furthermore, it is important to mention some conditions about the refund eligibility:

    “Refunds are typically issued for requests meeting the following criteria:

    Requests are made within 14 days of the purchase date

    Note: As a limited exception, digital game products may be eligible for a refund within 30 days if you’re unsatisfied with the license agreement or warranty, but only if you do not make or retain any copies.

    I’ve done that it’s been 72 hour and nothing no reply’s no refund over the phone would be so much easier but you refuse to let customers contact a real person

    Stop allowing scam games to be sold on the store seriously you cannot turn left in a driving game how does this get through testing
