    Hi microsoft,

    I am having a problem with my kids minecraft account saying multiplayer is disable and when i clicked the learn more option it just sends me to the purchase gamepass options. I have gamepass ultimate and I have set my kids xbox to the home xbox. I also set all his stuff to adult for the time being while figure out the fix. being trying everything any help would be great. thanks

    On kids accounts is necessary to change some accounts setting prior being able to play multiplayer, could you please follow the steps on the next link to set up your kids account:

    Minecraft multiplayer disabled, however all accounts details would have it enabled.

    Hi Manuela, currently I am operating Minecraft with a PC. The message it's giving when I hover over the options for multiplayer says "Multiplayer disabled. Please check your microsoft settings."

    Minecraft won’t let me play multiplayer

    Hello. When i hover over where it says multiplayer in the minecraft main menu it says “multiplayer is disabled, please check your Minecraft account settings.” Which I also have done. I bought the Java edition for windows.

    I don’t remember what options I changed because I just say everything on allow and adult default.
