Never had a single issue when i played this a few months ago.

@ZEN: If you have recently had your console repaired or gotten a new one, you will need to perform a license transfer. You can do this from your new console through the Guide button or on the website (www.xbox.com/drm). Once the license transfer has been
completed, you will then need to re-download all of your items in order to refresh their licenses. If you still have everything on your hard drive, the downloads will go really quickly as it will only download the updated license information.

Because of a new update, all xbox downloadable content must be associated with a certain account. Only that account can play that specific game. Sorry for the inconvieience. I hope I helped
