I'm having the same problem. It doesn't matter how many times you try downloading it. I've ben talking to microsoft for over a week to fix this problem. They told me that other people are experiencing the same problems and they currently don't have a answer
for why this is happening. I suggest you continue to check in with Microsoft for updates on this problem. I wish I could help. I've tried every possible solution and nothing has worked.
