Xbox showing black screen tv makes sound?

My Xbox is turning on the TV is making sound when turning it on and when you do the sign in it’s making those sounds as well but it’s showing just a black screen plugged in a new cord in a different HDMI but it’s still doing the same thing black screen TV is making those sounds of the sign in. I’ve also tried the power cycle. I have no idea what’s going on with the Xbox.

I'm not very good at working on xbox consoles but i have a bit of experience with repairing xbox one consoles and my series x console is also going to need to be repaired due to hdmi issues. i did make a YouTube video of me disassembling and reassembling an xbox one to show i might be able to help with your issue

check the hdmi port on the xbox to see if there is no damage in the port. this could be the reason but if not it could be a firmware related issue. if you can add me on xbox on pc/phone (bluecrafter8693) and send me images of the port and if you can send audio/video. if it is a new xbox console it could be still in warranty if it is a hardware issue.

I apologize for the inconvenienced this has caused you. I will do my best to help you.

Please be guided with the following troubleshoot steps to fix the black screen:

If there's a disc in the console, eject it.

On the console, press and hold the Power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to turn off the console.

Press and hold the Power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You'll hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. Don’t let go until you hear the second beep or see the console start-up in low resolution mode (the Xbox start-up screen will appear slightly pixelated).

Note If you have an Xbox Series S or Xbox One S All-Digital Edition, press and hold the Xbox button  and the Pair button  instead, as your console doesn't have an Eject button.

In either case, this will start-up your console in low-resolution mode (640 × 480).

My xbox is not displaying on screen, it makes some kinda buzz sound from the back, and the screen is complete black. what should i do?

Does this work if it loads to a black screen only. On March 2nd I cold rebooted my console, due to lag on the tv side. When I turned it on the screen stays black. Light on console comes on and make the sound when power button is pressed. After that just
a black screen.
