If maybe you don't remember which Epic account is connected to the Xbox account you want to unlink, I recommend you reaching Epic support

Go to the epic ganes account that you are going to unlink from Xbox and then connect the new Xbox account and that's if you don't talk to epic ganes support

Hover over your username in the top right corner and click "Account".

Go to "Connections" and then "Accounts".

Check if your Xbox Live account is already listed under "Connected Accounts".
