Family control settings stuck on Xbox 360 that I brought

If this is about the family settings passcode, you can
reset that Xbox 360 family passcode yourself, if you have an adult account with these instructions.

I'm also having ths issue also. I'm hoping they fix it before Christmas as I have brought a new Xbox 360 with kinnect for the family.

You can use Family Settings to control which movies and TV shows can be watched with the Hulu Plus app. For example, if your Family Settings restrict viewing of R-rated content through your console and you select a restricted program to watch, you will be

I suggest you to set the parental controls for that console. The Xbox 360 console lets you customize and manage your family's access to games, movies, and television content. The Xbox 360 parental controls can be used to control both the console itself and
access to content on Xbox Live, including:

Which games can be played.

Which movies and TV shows can be watched.

How long each family member can use the console on a daily or weekly basis.

Whether or not a family member can access Xbox Live.

I'm having the same issue. I tried to delete everything when I first brought it home. Cleaned off all the profiles etc but there is a password on the family settings that I don't know and everything I download from xbox live is blocked because of parental
controls.

Did this work or is there any other way to fix this issue?
