Discus and support Captures. (again) in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; So my captures have still not been saving correctly, and sometimes even when I do record it, it does not work.     So my captures have still not been saving correctly, and sometimes even when I do record it, it does not work. Sadly, but nothing that you guys said was correct. And I never ran out of storage. My recording has always been on and everything that you guys told me was correct. I had on, or I never done. So, uh, yeah. But some of my recordings have been saving, and I still have some funny NASCAR, clips.

    Hi, Beni! It's my pleasure to assist you with this today.

    Kindly try to do these steps and check if it will fix the issue.

    Let's try to enable the QoS tagging on this console.

    Please go to Settings and select General > Network settings > Advanced settings > QoS tagging settings

    Enable both the DSCP and WMM tagging

    Reboot the console

    Then press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

    Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

    Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

    Then, please check if that fixes the issue.

    If that still doesn't fix the issue, try to reset the console this way.

    IMPORTANT: Make sure to remember the email and password for the account before taking these steps.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.

    Select "Reset and keep my games & apps

    Then check if that works. Thank you!

    maybe because the 4K captures takes a lot of memory, try to minimize the capture duration through capture settings and make sure that your captures storage is not full then try again.

    I just tried to Capture a 2 minute playback with 1080p resolution. I went in and selected the Capture time as usual, so it should have captured it. It's been 10 minutes and my Xbox hasn't told me it's captured anything, and nothing shows up on my
    Recent Captures list.
    Restart it, and clear the cache and try again

    If I understand what you are talking about, it sounds like you need to empty the capture folder on your PC. The Game Bar will show the files that are in the capture folder. When you moved the capture folder it sounds like it changed the modified date
    on your old captures so they all showed up as recent again.
