I have my minecraft world… but there’s a big problem

I play minecraft on the xbox with my friends, and me and one of my friends have a world that was almost 20 mb and had 77 minecraft days on it. i signed in and out of my account because it said i had to authenticate it, (whole other story lol) but i fixed it, went into the world and next thing i know its 8.8 mb and only 7 days played, (keep note that this is my favorite and the best server i’ve ever had, and suddenly buildings and items are all lost, and i was playing this world like normal just yesterday) and my friend joins and sees that all of his items from the 70 other days are lost as well. This is very distressing as there is no, “sync old world data” button. We got enchanted fishing rods, tridents, and bows, a shop, more houses, and a lot of iron. All we have now is the first two things we ever built and a couple of not very good items. I need help with this and if you reply to this and find a cure or whatever it’s called, i will be very thankful! Also reply to this if the almost same thing has happened to you.

Hi Ellie,

Have you and your friend tried deleting the local save from your consoles? This should resync the cloud save as explained here:

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

We may need to perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below:

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Does anyone else have a Problem to make Jungletrees (The Big Ones) in the new Tutorial-World ?

Was try at my other Saves and there i can make them. Even in the last TU-World, what is the same World like now.

Hello Anna,

first of all, thanks a lot for your help. I'll try everything and see if the folders appear. The only thing that I think it's not clear is that the folders cannot be corrupted, because the worlds appear on Minecraft world list and I can play them. The only real problem is that the worlds folder have the folders from worlds that are not in my Minecraft game anymore, because they corrupted and I deleted them from the game. For some reason, the ones I deleted have their folders in the worlds folder and the ones that I currently have in the game do not. This is my problem.
