i just submitted a ban appeal...giving my questions and concerns about this matter...if it is true and possibly it is that the ban won't be lifted till next feb, i wonder how it will affect my purchasing of the mythical edition.....

I understand your concern. The issue with Black Desert on Xbox Series X/S where the game won’t confirm your player profile after an update and displays an Xbox enforcement notice is likely due to an account ban. Since the account is currently suspended for a full year, the game will not allow access until the ban is lifted.

I’m sorry this happened to you, however, from here on out we can only walk you through the process so you can verify the cause and appeal your ban.

Log in to the link above and click on the yellow handshake. It will give you a more detailed reason why you were banned and an option to appeal.

From what I can tell, to access the Series X version of the game, you need the Cross-Gen bundle...once you buy that, you should then be able to download and install the Series X version. Without the cross-gen bundle it will, presumably, just install the XB1 version

After upgrade purchase, search in the Xbox store for the Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War - Cross-Gen Bundle to install the Xbox Series X|S version of the game."
