    My microsoft account was hacked and they charged a number of XBox charges with my credit...


    My Microsoft account was hacked and they charged a number of XBox charges with my credit card. I called Microsoft, emailed and have gotten no where. I followed the process to dispute the charges but since my card was cancelled to stop more charges, i cannot use the CVS number to dispute. Any help would be great. How did they get into my account I have only signed up for the annual fee and gave my card. That was the only time i used my account.

    At least 20 different people from all over the world, China, Singapore, Africa, India... etc were last in my account starting at the end of June.

    is there an actual contact number for microsoft? the number listed for microsoft on the reciept charged to my credit card resulted in a message from verizon saying this number is no longer in service...

    I have a bigger problem, I am getting charged for services not requested. I have changed my card number with the Credit Card company and some how they are now charging on that number which has not been used with X-Box or Micro Soft account.

    The recent charges are not showing up on the account as purchases or subscriptions.

    trying to actually speak/get in touch with any type of xbox support is impossible so do not buy stick with ps4 and there excellant support
