Why cant i access online services. On my xbox series s even thought I bought the ultimate...

Kindly check first if you can see an active subscription(Game Pass Core, Game Pass Standard, Game Pass PC, Game Pass Ultimate) here and when it will expire/renew.

Once confirmed, please turn off the recurring bill.

Then press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

Its day 3 now and i still cant go into online i tried factory resetting the console,remove MAC addres, and a full reset and STILL doesnt work i dont see why. I even bought a ultimate game pass on my other account and i cant even go onto a Online game on that account aswell.

It's important to know which game your friend bought.

I say this because there are currently three versions of the Series X/S game. Gta 5 Online, Gta 5 Series X/S and Grand Theft Auto V (Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S).

If he has purchased Grand Theft Auto V (Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S), which gives access to the game for Xbox One and Xbox Series S/X, he can play online with you as long as he downloads the Xbox One version, so you and he will have the same save and can play online.

If he is a Game Pass Ultimate subscriber he can download the game in the Xbox One version and play with you.

It shows the 24 Months starting at $24.99/mo for the Series S.

Then the Series X is $34.99/mo.

Then if you go to the Ultimate Xbox Access plan it's only $14.99/mo?

The Ultimate Access pass also says it includes EA games and PC Play?

If the Ultimate Pass is the best plan why are the Series S/X plans in the promotion nearly if not double the price of it?

I didn't use the finance option but purchased the units and paid in full.

Will they come with 24 Months of Xbox-All-Access or is that only for the

Financed consoles?

If it's only for financed ones can I just return the ones I bought apply for financing then pay them in full again?

It seems kinda like Microsoft isn't adding much info on the Promotion page. It just forwards you to Apply for financing

and Mail in old equipment? (Is it old if it isn't even open yet?). I don't want to buy or "finance" another 4 consoles before I even get to gift the ones I have now.

I already miss my Playstation and I haven't even opened the box for my Series X yet because I don't know how this promotion is supposed to work and if I open it the resale value plummets in case I can't use these the way I was planning with my friends.
