Minecraft Add-ons cannot be downloaded

It didn't work either. In fact, I don't know if this is going to help. We spent some Minecoins, so the profile received the coins and we could spend them on two add-ons, but neither of them can be downloaded. As I said, we always face: Sorry, this content was not able to be downloaded.

Thanks for replying. The item says it's completed, but the item's picture icon is not clickable. It's not like other dimmed items that I have in the list. Sharing a partial image to avoid sharing sensitive data.

Thank you. Let’s try removing and re-adding your profile. This will help synchronize the data and settings smoothly.

To remove your profile

1. Select Settings.

2. Go to Account.

3. Choose Remove accounts.

4. Select your account and remove it.

NOTE: Make sure you know the email address and password for your profile before removing it from the console.

Next, press and hold the Home Button on the controller to restart the console.

To redownload your profile:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

2. Select Sign in.

3. Go to Add & Manage.

4. Choose Add New.

5. Enter your Microsoft account email address and password.

Then, check if that resolves the issue.
