    Hello Microsoft Team ,

    I have just purchased Halo MCC on the microsoft store , but for some reason I can't seem to find any matchmaking games. I have tried all the playlists for hours , but to no avail.

    I did some research on the problem and from what it seems , I'm not the only one experiancing issues with the microsoft store version of the game. Here I link you to some reddit threads from people who seem to have the same problems :

    Can you please elaborate on the issue ? I believe that is unacceptable for a multi billion dollar company , to have players purchase a 50$ game only to find themselves struggling with such issues. Much less when a lot of people experience the same issue for a long time. Or at least , remove the product from Microsoft Store , so no new players get these issues.

    I am deeply disappointed , not only as a long time Halo player but also as a consumer.

    Please fix the issue.

    Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
    One to be able to download the game.

    The Original Xbox version of Halo CE is only backwards compatible on the the 360
    To play it on the One X you would need Halo The Master Chief Collection which includes
    Halo CE Anniversary

    Halo 2 Anniversary

    Halo 3

    Halo 3 ODST - available as add on content

    Halo Reach - available as add on content

    Halo 4

    And at the moment it is HALF PRICE in the Microsoft store (with ODST and Reach included too)
