    xbox cloud saved game files


    i have an issue with palworld not recovering saved data from xbox cloud. i have lost days worth of data because of sync related issues. microsoft troubleshooting says to go to could storage on the counsel but that option actually doesnt exist.... there is no cloud storage option. or in the xbox app is there an option for access to cloud storage like microsoft supports says. this is happening on both pc and xbox series s. on the xbox though it says my other consol is taking too long to sync data but no matter how long i wait (leaving my xbox on for days) it never works.

    Saved Game Transfer

    Yes enable cloud saving.

    From the xbox 360 go to system, storage, hard drive, games and apps, and then select the file you wish to utilize.

    Then select copy and then cloud saved games and it will begin cloud backup.

    Once you start the 360 title on Xbox one the cloud saved files should begin to download automatically.

    Did you save the File on the 360 to the Cloud? In order for the Xbox one to read the save file it needs to be in the cloud save section.

    If you originally had the save file on your Xbox 360 and you transferred it over to your Xbox One via Save Cloud then you should still be able to go to your Xbox 360 and just take the save file off the Save Cloud and then put it back in to the Save Cloud
    so it appears on your Xbox One again, if you started to play the Backwards Comp. game with a new save file on the Xbox One then it should hopefully (not completely sure) but it should hopefully still have been copied over to your Xbox 360 Account on the Save
    Cloud and just take it off and put it back into the Save Cloud again. If its not there then I'm sorry, but there is then no possible way to recover your save file.

    It should save automatically on the cloud, everytime you start the game, it tries to sync with the cloud, the newest save file goes to the cloud, wether it's on your pc or xbox live,

    Xbox One original shuts off after 1 second.

    Your save files are stored in the cloud on Xbox live. If you log into a new console the save files will download once you start the game for the first time.
