To summarize:

•He tried resetting the download and marketplace caches; didn't work

•I turned on >Require Players To Download Additional ad Resoures<; didn't work

•Trued restarting our xboxes; didn't work

The add-ons we have on are:

Better On Bedrock (World modifier)

Tinker's Construct, Storage, and Feed the Bees (all by FTB)

Farming, Trains, and RPG Skills (all by Podcrash)

Hiker's Friend by Razzleberries

Soundscapes+ by The Hive

Forest Craft 3.0 by Float Studios

Dinosaurs by PixelBiester

Easy Redstone by Overtale Studios

Elemental Crops by Darkosto

Spark Portals by Spark Universe

Wolves+ by Jwolf

And Dragonfire (Regular and Light, both by Spectral Studios)

We've had these + others on at the same time on the server and he hadn't had a problem with it before, one of the ones that isn't working correctly for him is Forest Craft 3.0 but his interface is also glitched out.

If you see this ignore what the microsoft agent says. You can only add different servers on the bedrock andriod or iphone you cant do it on xbox ps4 or the pc version of bedrock minecraft only the phone versions. I played the bedrock minecraft on phone before iphone and android and iphone that has the ability to add servers. Get a phone to be able to add servers aicha t is just a microsoft bot. Basicly just get a phone and buy the bedrock version of minecraft app store or play store and then go to servers you see all the other servers their as ussal and then go down if i remember correctly and it says add server.

Thanks for posting in the forums today. I'm sorry to hear about the current trouble messaging in game. Do you only have troubles messaging in game with Minecraft or does this happen with other games as well? If this is only for Minecraft then unfortunately,
this is something that would be fully handled
Mojang support as this could be an in-game account suspension or ban that you may have received. Any in-game items, account or messaging issues are mainly handled by the developer.
