My microsoft account has been fully hacked

I have managed to possibly find the email that has replaced the username I'm pretty sure.
I only managed to find this because I still somehow have my pc linked to the account that has changed all my details.
I have my bank details in there, and lots of personal information.
I CANNOT login, under any circumstances, I am fully locked out, my phone number has been removed, my email has been removed, microsoft emails tell me "if this wasn't you then a malicous user has access to your account. But gives me no viable options to get it back because it requires me to have some sort of connection to the account.
How can i do that when I am fully locked out?
I can provide all the information needed to prove it is my account with previous emails, phone number, passwords and more, It is the account connected to my computer.
Calling microsoft did nothing it just redirected me to the useless website.
My password has changed.

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft website:

If it doesn't work, and since the email address has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft/Minecraft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

As for the active payment methods, you will need to contact your Bank/Financial Institution immediately and request to block all charges from Microsoft.

You may also need to request a new payment card.

You should definitely give Xbox Support a call to recover your account. If you think it's been hacked and you can't get your password reset they can help! 1800 4 MYXBOX.
