Discus and support I can't add another profile to my new 2terabyte Xbox series X. in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I go through the whole "add new profile" process, and after I've put in the password for the account, it gives me this screen.     I can't add another profile to my new 2terabyte Xbox series X.


    I go through the whole "add new profile" process, and after I've put in the password for the account, it gives me this screen.

    And it stays there for a while before kicking back to the profile sign in page

    I'm positive I'm putting in the correct information (I've checked it multiple times), and I've done a complete wipe of the Xbox (Deleting my profile and games, resetting it to default) and turning it off unplugged the power cord and internet connection and plugging it back in after waiting a few hours.

    I don't know what else to do.

    Try connecting your console to another network and see if the same issue occurs. You can set up your smartphone as a mobile hotspot and connect your console to that network.
