Me and my girl are being spammed/ stalked on Xbox.

So me and my girl were playing in an online gta v lobby and we met a guy that seemed pretty chill. We played for a little while and then eventually me and her switched over to the new series x and the enhanced edition. Well maybe year or so goes by and that guy hits us up. He had just switched from old gen to new gen. We play and we had a casual 1v1 and I beat him. Well he didn’t like that. He started texting crazy texts. Spamming our accounts and being inappropriate. Eventually he both had enough and we blocked him. His comments got out of hand and honestly we were tired of the aggressive behavior. He makes a new account. Spams both of us from that one. We block that one. Fast forward 4 months and idek what account he is on rn. He will not stop. We have done everything and now he spam reported my girls account and got her pfp taken down and she got a 2 day ban for not responding to him. Idk what else to do. We have blocked him and both of us have changed our gamer tags and gamer pics. He won’t stop. It’s not even trash talk it’s genuinely insulting comments and everything please help. His main account is (Mod Removed). His newest account he reached is on last night is (Mod Removed). This is just one of many but his main his (Mod Removed) he is on his last strike for harassment and other communication bans.

So mods remove his gamertag but won’t do anything to have this guy to stop reaching out to us with his insulting comments and threats. If he texts us again I’ll just talk to my lawyer and make sure he knows that not only is this guy doing this but Microsoft is more worried about protecting him and not the real victims.
