Can I ask refund money? On which way?

Try the support chat they can gelp you with that, if you madr the purchase with credit car ld it will be easier, if they ask you more informations send they a print of the purchase email

In my opinion I would help them. Maybe help them gelp others, help him on games or how to do his job. While doing that be positive and make have fun.

Gosh, im sorry this is being so evil to you! Unfortuantly my last suggesr is call support! Not sure how much they can gelp but.

Other random thoughts:

Try downloading your profile to s bud console for a few minutes?

Try removing your gamertag completely. And redownloading it?

Both of thos will test to see if your xbox is holding it and wether another console will plug it in!
