A friend got this error code on minecraft, we tried a lot of thing to repair the game but...

The error might have something to do with overlays like Discord. If you have Discord installed, try temporarily uninstalling it to see if that clears the issue.

i recently got the minecraft pc bundle, and i installed minecraft java, when i tried to update the bedrock edition, i couldn't install it, minecraft bedrock is not working for me anymore since a week ago, i got so many solutions, but none of them worked, and i still have the same issue

I followed the steps but now when I download the launcher through the xbox app I get an Error 0x87e00196, I tried from the minecraft website got the same thing; and then microsoft store and got Code: 0x803FB107

Problem is happening to me also. I got this message yesterday and today. I wanted to buy minecraft yesterday, but the error code came up. I thought that it might be a one day goof-up. I tried it about a half our ago and the same thing happened. Me and
my dad did some fishing, and in the last few days lots of people have been having the same issue. Our Internet router is brand new, so it cant be that. we also checked our billing info, and it's also fine. The error code pops up right when I click on minecraft,
so I cant even look at other info.
