There is a bug on the Xbox cloud gaming PC platform.

3 Repair/Reset the Microsoft Store and Xbox app.

Try repairing or resetting the Gaming Services app, Xbox app, and Microsoft Store app.

4 Clear the cache and cookies of the browser you're using for cloud gaming, as this can sometimes interfere with the sign-in process.

5 Check your antivirus.

Make sure your antivirus software isn't blocking the Xbox app or related services.

6 Restart and update.

Restart your PC and make sure Windows is up to date, as well as your graphics card drivers.

I see. Since the game is an Xbox Play Anywhere, it uses the same cloud saves for PC and Xbox version. There's a possiblity that your game progress on cloud will be overwritten if you chose to play the local save from your PC. What you have on the cloud will be resynced to PC and Xbox platform.

It appears that the game bar is looking for the app on your PC. It doesn't go to cloud gaming anymore. I hope it is a bug in the Game Bar/Xbox app/

because epic want people to use the epic store on pc, they won't allow a direct competitor for the pc platform to have access and run via the cloud, fortnite.

its on the console and that is ok, but PC then it makes no sense for epic to provide it to cloud gaming for pc.

there is no PC version of the game on any platform

if you have Game Pass ultimate you can play it through the cloud
