My headsets have just stopped working, but work on other devices.

quick update... found the cable to plug my controller in.

issue still remains.

have tested this with and without the stereo adapter on both headsets, with all three controllers and on both profiles.

it was working fine the other day and then, mid game, it crackled a bit and then just stopped working.

but it works fine on all other devices so I know the headset is working just fine.

Just entertain, for the moment, there is a firmware issue. I am seeing more and more people complaining that chat, thru their headset, is not working. I can make it work thru the Kinect, but not the headset. I have tried the headset on other devices that
utilize 3.5 jacks, they work. But ONLY Xbox do they not work. I have tried multiple headsets with the same results. I am using an adapter. My son has a controller that does not need an adapter, he also sees the same issue.

Too many coincidences to believe everyone's headset/adapters all stopped working at the same time.

And yes, I have done the troubleshooting. Inclusive of an Xbox One restart. Updates are all done.

Any assistance appreciated.

Again, my headsets work on other devices.

I have confirmed that both of my headsets work (carry sound and mic works) with other devices. However, they STOP working with every xbox one controller. I just got a replacement controller from Microsoft and it has stopped working.

Do I keep sending back the controllers? I have tried everything and am unable to hear any sounds in the headsets.

I have 4 xbox one controllers that don't recognize the turtle beach headset. They all worked previously but one day just stopped working. The mic display is muted. 2 of the controllers are less than 3 months old. I
have 2 headsets that are new and they work with other devices. I've read many people with the same issues. Can you help? Thanks
