    Disney+ won't launch on my series S


    Hi all, before anyone suggest the typical troubleshooting I've tried it. I've even asked Disney themselves and they've gone through the same troubleshooting.

    Now on my Xbox Series S after all the troubleshooting, the deleting accounts, reinstalling Disney for the 100th time and restarting my network I've noticed the version of Disney is different to the version running on my Xbox Series X.

    Series S: Version 2.0.68.70

    Series X: Version 2.0.27.70

    I have zero issues with Disney on my series X, currently the series X is being used in another room for gaming while the series S is used for entertainment by my missus. Is there anyway to force load an older update for the Series S so it can continue to work as intended?

    Thanks for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Disney+ app. Do you mind posting information on how it behaves when you attempt to launch? You may want to try performing a

    Power-Cycle     on your Xbox One console to troubleshoot this.

    Disney plus issue.

    I’m currently experiencing the same issue. I recently bought a new Xbox Series S and unable to play any Disney Plus content. The content plays briefly before the video stops followed shortly by the audio.

    I have other streaming apps that have no issues and I have another Xbox Series S that plays Disney Plus with no issues.

    Having the same issue. On my Series X and S yhe Passthrough will be checked but it does not bitstream the content that it reads. Disney+ Max and Netflix do not pass the audio to my receiver. Stuck with PCM no Dolby Digital passthrough! Been looking for a solution for 3 months now!!
