I didn’t get the creaking cape because I couldn’t sign into my account

I hear you weren’t able to sign into your account during the time the Creaking Cape was available, and now you’ve missed out—even though you did play during the qualifying period. That’s understandably disappointing, especially when it feels like something out of your control kept you from claiming it.

Unfortunately, capes like the Creaking Cape are typically distributed automatically to eligible accounts based on playtime, login activity, or migration status during specific dates. Mojang and Microsoft don’t usually offer manual grants or late claims for these cosmetics once the event or eligibility window has passed.

Just be aware they may not grant the cape retroactively, but it’s worth politely sharing your experience.

I wish I could do more, but I hope at the very least they consider your situation seriously.

My GPU auto redeem disappeared early in July and didn’t come back until yesterday so I couldn’t sign up for it again because you can’t sign up within 2 days of the 1st of the month. It’s there now but when I click on it it just crashes my rewards app to my Xbox dashboard but won’t redeem the reward.

Anthem, I just couldn’t get into it and didn’t see the hype.

I already did that an they said that they couldn’t get it back an I gave them my receipt and they said that they didn’t have a warrant

1170000 – Xbox Live couldn’t sign you in. Usually this means that there’s a Windows Update that didn’t install.

Are you trying to log in on the console and getting this error or on the console? Did you change the email address on your account or did you create a new account entirely with the gmail account?
