Account connection problem

Discus and support Account connection problem in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; im trying to connect my Xbox and PC accounts together and it keeps giving me the message on the website "Login failed: 2148916233" what did I do wrong?...     Hey there Kahn! We'll be happy to help. OK, so first off, you can't download your profile to the new system yeah? Can you download any other accounts? (You could even make a fake one just to test it out.) If it's all accounts that won't download, we'll
    start network troubleshooting- you'll want to start with the basic system restart/simplifying home network. If it's just your one account then let's try checking the security info using the steps at Xbox.com/proof. Just let us know how those steps go and
    we'll take it from there!

    The has no account problem. This profile was created because I cannot connect with my account

    The problem is in inorganicTHOR account. And it happens when I try to connect to xboxlive web page, I can't even connect to the forums to post with my account, and in the Xbox I have the error code 83820070

    BTW, this is not a Connections-Networking problem but an Accounts problem and Forum 03 is the best place for Accounts issues.

    Can't access microsoft account e-mail connected to my account.

    the problem is with the e-mail account connected to my account. I need to update it to my current e-mail but i cannot login to the current e-mail connected to it, causing a whole heap of problems for me.
