    Unable to see my device to manage in Xbox Insider app on PC


    On my Rog Ally X the Xbox App shows I'm in the external delta - 2506.1001.20.0. When I go to manage device enrollment in the Xbox Insider App. I can only see my XSX and my older Xbox One consoles and no other devices. Is there a reason why the Ally X is not showing up.

    Is this on a PC? Note that the Xbox Insider app on PC is not currently supported on devices using ARM processors, and there’s no timeframe as to if or when it might be available in the future.     Sorry to see any issues with the Insider App. The reason why a console wouldn't show up there is if a console isn't registered, but that doesn't mean there isn't a problem with it. You will want to ask this over on our Insider forums since you are part of
    the preview program.

    I ensured that you should now have access to the Insider forums linked at the bottom of my post. I've also got

    your other thread     pointing towards this one so you know your next steps. You'll want to post in there what's up with your console, and submit feedback through the app once your console is registered again about the Media Player bug you discovered. In the
    future, posting in the Insider forums will be the best place for you to get support after submitting feedback through your console. Thanks for understanding! :)

    I confirmed that my PC process is Intel(R) and not ARM processors.

    Any suggestion please?

    You can unenroll from the Insider program by using the Xbox Insider Hub app, and going to Settings > Manage Device from every device

    Hi, did you remove your console before deleting the Insider Hub? If you didn't, then reinstall Insider Hub app, launch it and on the landing page go to settings>manage devices and you can remove it there.

    If you can't do it on your Xbox, you can download the app on a PC and remove your Xbox following the steps above.
