Not being able to access my Microsoft account with Email or phone

These stupid hackers are not really stupid but they just piss me off how easy they got my account with all of my security. Please someone help me, I want this account back...

It is very hard to tell what could be the culprit of you being hacked. Some hackers have access to emails database and they try to sign in with these emails on other big company's website. For example, if you create an account on a forum or a website that is not so secure with your Microsoft account email address and using the same password, this website's database may be compromised and the hacker would have access to your Microsoft account email/pass without hacking Microsoft's databse (since email and password are the same).

Your computer or phone might also be infected with a spyware or other malware. It is hard to say for sure. That's why I always have a very good anti malware suite installed both on my computer and mobile and I never use the same password as my main email address when creating accounts on other websites/forums. Having two factor authentication enabled on your account is also very good because even if someone has access to your email and password, he would only be able to sign in to your account if he get access to your phone or alternative email address.

About your games, you will not be able to recover them. I'm sorry but nothing can be transferred from one account to another.

They would not.

They can look up the accounts like I said with gamertags, phone number, payment options that are on the accounts.

They will then send either an email or a text with a code in it to any of the emails or cell phones that are on the accounts that they can find they DO NOT see the email or phone number that it is being sent to until they enter the code in that you would
give them once they enter the correct code in that is how they verify ownership of the account. once that is entered in they then have access to see the email that is associated with the account and are able to give that information to you.

Im perplexed that not being able to recover your Microsoft account with being able to verify the account with email, phone number, xbox info, cc info would be acceptable. I have both my email and phone number connected to my microsoft account and the recovery system is failing to send the recovery codes even though its stating that the codes are being sent. I have tried to contact support via phone and chat and the questions and prompts simply tell me to go to the help menu on Microsoft. When I go to the help menu on microsoft it just tells me to recover the account using the recovery codes which are not being sent or the account recovery form which I completed in detail only to be told it will be ignored because I authorized 2 factor authentification. Its quite simply a system that isnt working and I need to be able to speak to a live human. If anyone could be of assistance I would appreciate it.

My account isn’t deleted its still there i’m just not able to access it. Im still able to play games on my account on my Xbox, but if I were ever to be locked out of the account I wouldn’t be able to get back in because the email doesn’t work anymore, so i’m wondering if theres a way to change the email without being able to access the account?
