Why is it telling me to buy the cross gen bundle for Bo6?

I just checked, it was the upgrade, but even then, I have gamepass, and I have everything required downloaded. I’ve played multiplayer before and now its telling me i have to pay to play.

You should have an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to access the game since the game is only included on the XGPU plan.

We need to validate first if the game is successfully purchased under the account that you're using. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and let me know if you can see the order stated as "completed"?

Also, make sure that it's the Vault Edition and not just the Vault Edition Upgrade, Joshua.

Once confirmed, go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.
