    Minecraft Account hacked


    A few days ago my minecraft account got hacked. the hacker change my outlook mail and email with their. after that i talked to Microsoft live agent they asked me for my alternative email i gave and then they asked questions i gave every answers like IP address, payment history etc. and they said it will take about 5bussiness days to recover or escalate your account now its been 5days done already i havent received any email or response from them. i want help i really need my minecraft account back or minecraft license back i brought java + bedrock edition. I have proofs for the real ownership of my account like i have screenshots(security alert), payment info, date/time, ip address

    I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?
