Can't recover MS account after Minecraft login loop

Just so I can cover all bases. Please can you tell me if this is a Microsoft account or an organisation account?

But I have the Authenticator app for a one time password which only verifies my sign ins...

And if I sign in with my E-Mail and password, it prompts me:

"We can't sign you in
You've used an incorrect account or password too many times. If it's an organization account, it might not be active yet."

If you have access to the Microsoft Authenticator app, you won't need to use the Microsoft ACSR tool to recover your account. Please can you sign into your Microsoft account here: Microsoft account | Home

Once you have signed into your account. Please go back to your PlayStation and turn the console off completely. Then wait 30 seconds before starting the console again. After you have done this, please try going through the process of adding your Microsoft account to Minecraft.
