I haven't been refunded with Minecraft, even though it says "refund successful"

I wanted to refund Minecraft because I purchased it accidentally however I still haven't received the funds (45 CAD) even though it has said it was refunded, I was using a Mastercard gift card, if that makes a difference, its been more then 72 hours since the purchase

It takes at least 3 to 5 business days to receive a refund after it's approved.

Nothing to worry about.

The whole refund system has been having issues lately,including sending out these emails to people even though they haven't made a refund request.I got one a couple of weeks ago.

Second refund request denied for the time period, even though the initial refund was within the allotted time period, and I haven't played the games.

refunds take 3 to 5 business days and sometimes longer depending on your bank.

if it has been longer than that then you need to contact Support as they are the only ones who can do anything with money

You can try replying to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists, but there is no guarantee they'll issue a refund.
