Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Use the Microsoft account recovery form

Go to:

Enter the original email address or phone number associated with your account (even if it’s changed)

Provide an alternate email address where Microsoft can contact you

Answer as many questions as you can — use accurate information like:

Old passwords you’ve used

Services you’ve used (Xbox, Outlook, Skype)

Serial number for your Xbox console (if you know it)

Billing details (if you’ve purchased anything in the past)

Tip: Try submitting the form from a device or location you’ve used before — this helps Microsoft verify that it’s really you.

Step 2: Watch your alternate email for updates

The same thing happened to me. today I tried to log in to my Minecraft account and would u look at that my microsoft account that was linked to my minecraft account got deleted. Cant log in. the worst thing is that Ive dumped Hundreds of euros on ranks and stuff on servers plus all my progress on those servers. I feel you man.

ive done everything it suggested under the code i gave still get same code ive spent so many hours on this trying to figure it out im done with xbox *** this way to much work to play a damn game hopefully sony will treat me better and actually allow me to
use my account u might as well delete the account ill never use it again how can i when U WONT ALLOW ME TO LOG IN *** U XBOX twisted out

Ive done all these things. It’s every Ubisoft+ game. My account is not working. Ive logged out and in. Ive unlinked the account and logged into another. Power cycled the Xbox, even deleted and reinstalled the game.
