    Having trouble downloading profile on my Xbox 360 E


    No matter what I try I can’t download my Xbox profile, I go through the process and it starts to download then stops and gives me the error code 8015190A and I have tried this with a different profile and it didn’t have any problems, my profile is set as adult and my profile has game pass ,I have tried restarting it and it didn’t work and reconnected my WiFi multiple times and have tried the thing with the router and it didn’t work. Any advice is appreciated

    Xbox Live from Games for Windows Live

    The gamertag "RythmicBrush7" is an automatically generated gamertag that you get when you login to XBOX.com with an e-mail that does not have any sort of gamertag associated with it. This means that you are using another e-mail to login to your GFWL profile.
    You would need to go to your XBOX 360 and use that e-mail and password to download the profile to get the gamertag "BrownieTheOne".

    To download the profile on your XBOX 360 once you have figured out what e-mail address is attached to the "BrownieTheOne" gamertag please follow the instructions located
    here.
